Kate Kos Studio website accepts payment by any of the following methods:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe (Debit or Credit Card)
Shipping Information

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Ireland
You should expect to receive it 1 to 4 working days after dispatch (orders are sent via anPost).

International
You should expect to receive it 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Cost

I offer FREE SHIPPING on all original paintings bought online through Kate Kos Studio website.  For prints and products there is a shipping cost which will be added to your cart at the checkout. Please see more information at the product page.

Returns Information

I want you to you to love your new painting! If you are not happy with your painting or product you can return it.
If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs (we suggest using a trackable method).
However; if the item is damaged faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage.

Please contact me before sending painting back.
