Bloom 2017

This year I have the pleasure of showing my paintings at famous Bloom In The Park – Ireland’s largest garden festival held as always in the center of Phoenix Park, Dublin. Avid gardeners from the four corners of Ireland will once again congregate on Phoenix park for this true spectacle of whats best and new in garden design and horticulture. The show starts on Thursday June 1st and continues right through to the Bank Holiday Monday on June 5th. Gates open at 10am and close at 6pm. You can buy tickets on the official Bloom website www.bloominthepark.ie

I will be showing mostly my floral watercolors, but a few acrylics as well and I’m really curious and cautiously optimistic about what reaction they will receive. As you can guess I love flowers and plants and hopefully this love comes across in my paintings and will resonate with the Bloom faithful. My little stand has the beautiful and evocative name of G58 but don’t worry if you miss me or can’t make it into me for if you go for a walk around the show gardens you can also see my work in mural form as I did the surround wall for ‘Flúirse Fingal’  garden, designed by Jane McCorkell showcasing the best in Fingal. So in general I think I’m well represented up there and hope to see you, pop by for a chat or a coffee and enjoy a great day out.
