St Patrick’s Day Painting
It has become a tradition that on St Patrick’s Day I paint something green.
This is from the photo I took in Courtown Woods and I was meaning to paint it for a long time. I’ve built this painting up by adding hundreads of small shapes which then add up to create an illusion of light coming through the trees and highlighting blades of grass and lush greens.
Second year with no parades. I never thought I am going to say it, but I do miss them! Happy St Patrick’s Day everyone! ☘️
